Atelier HaruFuyu is pleased to invite you to a chocolate tasting experience in collaboration with renowned Japanese chocolatier Mr Yasushi Sasaki, in Brussels.
Recognised for the refinement of his work and his demanding craftsmanship, Mr Sasaki approaches chocolate through precision of gesture, mastery of textures, and a careful attention to every nuance of taste.
Conceived as an intimate moment, this workshop brings his universe into dialogue with antique objects from Belgian manufactures such as Boch Frères and Val Saint Lambert.
These objects share with Japanese aesthetics a common search for precision: precision of gesture, attention to material, and a balance between use and beauty.
Designed for everyday use, they welcome the tasting within a discreet and sensitive setting.
The objects presented accompany the experience and will be available for purchase at the end of the workshop.
This event is presented under the endorsement of the Embassy of Japan in Belgium, as part of the “160 Years of Friendship between Japan and Belgium”.
