The Project

Atelier HaruFuyu is a project dedicated to the selection and transmission of antique objects drawn from the Belgian artisanal heritage
Ceramics, glassware, crystal, textiles, and decorative objects are chosen for the quality of their craftsmanship, their presence, and their ability to dialogue with contemporary everyday life.
The project was born from the desire to create a space of encounter between these objects and a Japanese sensibility attentive to restraint, to the passing of time, and to discreet beauty.
Without transforming or reinterpreting the pieces, Atelier HaruFuyu proposes a different way of looking at them — with a calm, respectful, and contemporary gaze.
Each object is approached not as something fixed in the past, but as a living presence, carrying gestures, uses, and memory.
The selection favours pieces in very good condition, sometimes slightly marked by time, when these traces contribute to their accuracy and their story.
Atelier HaruFuyu unfolds through an online shop and occasional, small-scale encounters
These moments — workshops, presentations, or exchanges — invite contemplation, dialogue, and a more conscious relationship with the objects that surround us.
More than a sales project, Atelier HaruFuyu is a démarche of transmission, in which objects become supports for connection between cultures, eras, and uses.
