Atelier HaruFuyu works from a careful observation of objects

Each piece is considered through its form, material, use, and condition, before being situated within a historical and aesthetic context, whenever this is possible and relevant.

This observation is also carried out in resonance with a Japanese sensibility, attentive to restraint, to the passing of time, to the value of gesture, and to the space left for silence and patina.

When a collection name can be clearly identified, it is mentioned with precision.
When it cannot, the object is not named arbitrarily, but instead situated through a sensitive description of its style, its period, and the spirit in which it was created.

This method favours accuracy of vision, respect for craftsmanship, and a clear form of transmission, free from overinterpretation.
